SHORT TERM CONDO LEASE - WEEKLY RENT (minimum 1 week or 7days) inclusive of all utilities (ie electric, water, cable, cooking gas etc and association dues) and amenities ie pool

NO MAXIMUM # OF TENANTS AND GUESTS!!! The condo can accommodate 8-10 people!!!

$350 USD per week, all utilities included!!!

LONG TERM LEASE - MONTHLY RENT (1 month rent or 31 days) inclusive of all utilities (ie electric, water, cable, and association dues) If you will stay for 1 month, we also charge a cleaning fee of $50 US in addition to the rent.

$1,250 USD per month (all utilities included!!!)

CONDO Rates for EAST ORTIGAS MANSION may vary depending on season. It may go up or down depending on demand, therefore, we suggest to book your dates several weeks/months in advance.

GUEST Parking is $3 US per day or P150 pesos per day (24 hrs).

SECURITY DEPOSIT $200 USD security deposit must also be paid in advance. Security deposit will be refunded during check out.  Security deposit may be waived and can be optional depending on your circumstances.

The cost of any damage to the property or any items in the property, or any service charges incurred by you or any member of your party, will be deducted by us from the security deposit at the end of your stay. If no deductions are required, your security deposit will be refunded in full to you c/o www.paypal.com . If the security deposit is not sufficient to cover any damage caused or service charges incurred by you, you will be responsible for paying us any additional amounts required immediately on request from us.

AIRPORT PICK UP? Let us know if you need to be picked up from the airport. Please provide us your arrival times so we can plan your pick up in advance. Daily car rental rate + driver rate will apply for airport pick ups. We will pick you up with a BRAND NEW 2009 TOYOTA INNOVA 7 passenger Mini-Van. Our official driver + 1 personal assistant will pick you up at the airport.

Metro Manila daily rate = P2,800 pesos or the equivalent in US dollars. Excess hrs is P200 pesos per hour. (NEGOTIABLE RATE)

OUTSIDE METRO-MANILA or out of town trips = P3,750 pesos per day or the equivalent in US dollars.  (NEGOTIABLE RATE)

WEEKLY CAR RENT = P17,500 pesos (RATE IS NEGOTIABLE). Car will definitely be offered below the market value in Manila.

MONTHLY CAR RENT = P55,000 pesos (RATE IS NEGOTIABLE)

PERSONAL DRIVER CHARGES:

P800- P1,000 pesos per day within Metro-Manila or the equivalent in dollars.

P1,500 pesos per day for out of town trips outside Manila or the equivalent in dollars.

WEEKLY DRIVERS FEE = P5,200 pesos per week

MONTHLY DRIVERS FEE = P18,000 pesos per month 

DRIVERS MEAL is P150 pesos (LUNCH).  If he will drive for more than 6hrs per day, you will also be responsible for driver's lunch and dinner.

Gas, parking and toll fee is renter's responsibility.

VERY IMPORTANT CAR NOTE!!!!
There is a CODING system being implemented in Metro Manila, Philippines to ease traffic congestion. Cars and other private vehicles cannot travel within Metro-Manila at least one day per week from 7am to 7pm. The coding of the car is every MONDAY. If your flight is on MONDAY arrival or departure, we can only pick you up or bring you to the airport before 7am or after 7pm. Thank you for your kind understanding. Also, please schedule your out of town trips on Monday. The car can be driven OUTSIDE Metro-Manila anytime during the week.

HOUSEMAID/HOUSEBOY FEE = P12,000 pesos per month or P4000 pesos per week.

NANNY = P4000 pesos per week

You will be responsible for HOUSEMAID/NANNY'S food- breakfast/lunch/dinner whether you are staying in the condo or going out of town, during the period of time you hire her/him.

BOOK IN ADVANCE!! We kindly request that you book at least between 2-4 weeks ahead so we can prepare the condo and/or your car for your stay/trip.

PAYMENT METHOD Our business policy is CONDO FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL SO WE CAN RESERVE YOUR DATES.  Condo fees are NON-REFUNDABLE should a last minute cancellation is made. However, in case of cancellation, we can always apply your deposit towards a later date of stay/travel, assuming the condo and car is available for the dates you requested to re-book. If the condo + car is not available for the new dates, we cannot refund your deposit.

Please note that rates are inclusive of utilities. Rent includes utilities - electric, water, cable TV, cooking gas and association dues and condo amenities ie pool etc. Unit has 2 air-conditioners, electric fan, TV, refrigerator, gas range etc.
