2009 Toyota Innova 7 passenger van with personal driver!!! Car is tinted on all sides to ensure your privacy!!! Guest parking inside the property is only P150 pesos a day or around $3 per day!

Very clean and spacious 2 bedrooms with lots of windows and sunshine! Its well lit!!! It has a huge nice dresser in each room!!! One bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed plus a pull out bed. In addition, we have 2 extra mattress for your guests and 1 FUTON bed.

We understand that Filipinos have large families, so we are not restricting your number of visitors or guests. Mas maraming BISITA mas masaya, di ba? Kahit na siksikan, puedeng puede!!! After all, we go home to our BELOVED home country to see and be with our loved ones whom we haven't seen for many years!!! ENJOY and have a great FAMILY BONDING and REUNION!!! Just tell your guests not to trash the condo!!!

When my sister from the US, stayed at the condo, she brought with her at least 8 guests including children!!! She said they had so much fun, sleeping together, eating and cooking Filipino food, swimming, shopping etc etc! So typical Filipino, right? LOL..

You don't feel like going out to eat?! No worries! There is a RESTAURANT in the CLUBHOUSE (photo above) selling delicious Filipino dishes including sinigang, pansit, adobo, halo halo, pinakbet and all the yummy local dishes!!! They will also deliver food to your unit if you don't feel like going to the clubhouse!!!
The Property/condominium office is just around the corner, next to the restaurant, inside the clubhouse!

Also, if you will have a BIG FAMILY REUNION, THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE CLUBHOUSE CAN ACCOMMODATE almost 100 guests!!!

Cable TV is included with 24hrs of local and international programs!!! I like watching PILIPINAS WIN NA WIN and SHOWTIME, famous Philippine daily game and variety shows featuring funny comedians including Pokwang and Vice Ganda!!! Its a great way to bond with your family and loved ones!!!

The unit is at PORTOFINO building!!! 4th Floor, Unit #408!! Its the biggest 2 bedroom unit in the whole building!!! There is even a walkway on the 4th floor going to your unit from the garage where you can be dropped off so you don't have to walk after a long day of shopping and sightseeing!!!

There is a brand new airconditioner in each room so you can sleep well at night!!!

Kitchen is very clean and fully equipped with cooking utensils including a big rice cooker!!! Of course, you need a BIG rice cooker! How can you survive in the Philippines without eating tasty JASMINE RICE!!! I love tuyo and fried rice in the morning and kapeng barako!!!

Clean toilet with excellent SHOWER and running water and great natural ventilation and lighting!!! We value cleanliness especially the toilet!!!

Water is never a problem at East Ortigas Mansion!!! Unlike in other developments, there is always plenty of clean water and good water pressure at East Ortigas Mansion!!! LOOK! The toilet and shower room is so clean with a window where sunlight and fresh natural air can come in!

Look, the neighbor is a well developed subdivision with big houses! There are no squatters in your own backyard and its surrounded by a high fence! The air is fresh because the surroundings are clean with plenty of TREES and PLANTS!!!

The perimeter around the property is fully fenced with immaculately kept landscaping with a beautiful variety of tropical plants!!!

There is a BAKERY on the ground level next to your building, inside the property, just in front of the clubhouse, selling FRESHLY BAKED GOODIES including the FAMOUS TASTY PANDESAL BREAD in the morning!!! Yummy!! I love coffee and pandesal in the morning!!!

Are you planning to stay for more than a week? Do you prefer to wash your own clothes? We have an electric WASHER inside the condo unit and then you can hang your clothes on the upper floor of your building in your own PRIVATE CLOTHESLINE!! Your private clothesline can be locked!!! You don't need an electric dryer in the Philippines because there's always sunshine everyday to dry your clothes!!!

If you prefer, you can also drop off your dirty laundry at the LAUNDRY shop located on the ground floor of your condo building. Then, the next day, you can pick it up or they will deliver your CLEAN CLOTHES FOR YOU in your condo. LAUNDRY is soooooo CHEAP in the Philippines! There is also a WATER STATION next to the LAUNDRY where you can buy your BOTTLED DRINKING WATER by the GALOON!!!

GUEST CAR PARKING?? NO PROBLEM!
Your guest can park their car inside the East Ortigas Mansion compound!! Your CAR will be safe and secure!!
Guest Parking fee is only $3 US per day or P150 pesos! It's so cheap! You and your guests will not worry about your car being stolen because it will be inside the compound with numerous security guards roaming the property!!!
